Amanda Swaim focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, including enforcement, prosecution, licensing, counseling and litigation. She has extensive experience strategic trademark portfolio management, trademark, copyright and patent enforcement, intellectual property licensing and transactions, and FTC/advertising compliance matters.
Prior to joining Swanson and Bratschun, Amanda was an attorney at Holland & Hart LLP from 2011-2017 and an associate at Kilpatrick, Townsend, and Stockton, LLP from 2007-2010. Amanda’s interest in intellectual property law started while studying Molecular and Cellular Biology and conducting pancreatic cancer research at the University of Arizona. She leverages her scientific background experience to advocate for her clients in the best way possible as they maneuver through their intellectual property issues.
