Barry is one of the founding partners of Swanson & Bratschun. Barry’s practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling on intellectual property matters in the biotechnological and chemical arts, obtaining over a thousand U.S. and International patents for his clients. Barry has represented clients in all manner of administrative proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and participated in countless due diligence projects, financings and drug approvals. Barry has been a Lecturer in intellectual property law at the University of Denver.
